The NMC 21-Day Equity Challenge is designed to create dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership. The daily prompts will raise your awareness, change your understanding and shift the way you think and behave.

The challenge will consist of a daily email sent to your inbox each morning of the challenge, with videos, links, articles for you to view/read each day.  The 21-Day Challenge is primarily a self-guided exercise; the average amount of time commitment each day is around 20-25 minutes.

In addition to what participants gain through new knowledge/insight and subsequent self-reflection, NMC will also be offering opportunities for small groups to meet virtually and reflect on their learning, both during and immediately following the conclusion of the challenge in the first week of November.
